“There is a place in the universe where there are no worries or concerns, mental illness, stress or judgment. Where life exists with such beauty it would take your breath away if only you could find it : the way you see yourself and this world forever would be changed.

You can’t find this place by looking, it’s far too mysterious for that. But through new realisations about how we create our own lives, using the infinite power that we call thought, you really can begin to experience life differently; freer from stress, anxiety, preoccupation and any other state of mind that you may have battled with.”

Join us for this weekend immersion retreat in the picturesque market town of Sudbury in Suffolk, and discover for yourself how this new understanding of psychology has the potential to transform your own life and also the lives of the people around you.

During the Retreat we will explore beyond the current beliefs, ideas and constructs that are widely held to be the causes of stress, anxiety and burnout in our modern world.

This one is for you if…

  • You’re curious to discover new truths about the way experience is created.
  • You’re interested in learning about a new psychological paradigm that is transforming lives throughout the world.
  • You’d love to enjoy less stress and more ease in your life, work and relationships.
  • You enjoy connecting with others and have a sense that there must be an easier way to navigate the ups and downs of life

There will be plenty of opportunity for interaction and questions, as it is only through your own insight and realisations that the principles that underpin the human psychological system come alive for you. They reveal fundamental truths about the inside-out nature of life.

Everyone has resilience, mental health and resourcefulness already – you could say it’s a birthright or a factory setting! The reset button is just a thought away in any moment and in that moment it is possible for a long-held, seemingly permanent feeling to simply and effortlessly dissolve away.
