Ian Watson

I’m Ian Watson, and I’d like to invite you to come and join us at this Three Principles 1-day Immersion Workshop in the picturesque market town of Sudbury in Suffolk.

The purpose of this Workshop is to create a relaxed and friendly group setting where we can learn, interact and deepen our understanding together.

This one is for you if…

  • You’re new to the Three Principles and curious to learn more (or are simply wondering what all the fuss is about!)
  • You’ve  heard or read about the Principles but feel like you didn’t quite ‘get it’ yet.
  • You’re interested in learning about a new psychological paradigm that is transforming lives throughout the world.
  • You’d love to enjoy less stress and more ease in your life, work and relationships.
  • You fancy spending the day immersed in conversation with Three Principles friends and colleagues connecting and deepening your own understanding.

There will be plenty of opportunity for interaction and questions, as it is only through your own insight and realization that these principles come alive for you.

As a very experienced Facilitator and Trainer, I’ll be drawing on my own experience of sharing the Principles with a diverse range of individuals and groups over the past six years, including business leaders, healthcare practitioners, therapists, coaches and teachers.

I’ve also worked with the Innate Health Centre to deliver well-being programmes in schools, and am currently involved with delivering a Wisdom and Wellbeing programme for the Pret Foundation, supporting homeless people getting back into work.

The Principles guide you back to what is fundamentally true for all human beings. They reveal and confirm what you probably knew intuitively all along – you have everything you need on the inside already, and so does everyone else. The only variable is the degree to which you realize this fact through your own insightful understanding.

By joining this Workshop you will have the opportunity to explore the true nature of the mental health and resilience we all possess, and see how you can never lose the innate well-being that is your birthright.

Seeing that can change your world and give you a solid “knowing” that you’re OK,  whatever life throws at you!

(*This event is hosted by Frocks and Minds – Sue and Gill are delighted to have tempted their Three Principles colleague and friend Ian Watson to this lovely part of Suffolk.  With his lifetime of working in the field of natural health and inner transformation, they know you will be in a very safe pair of hands during this Workshop, as Ian has such a clear and grounded way of communicating this understanding which invites insight to show up spontaneously and open up a new view of life’s ups and downs).

We look forward to seeing you on 2nd September, and in the meantime you can find out more about Ian by visiting his website: www.theinsightspace.com/

Delegates’ comments:-

I really enjoyed the day and listening to Ian talk about the 3 Ps, I love the simplicity of the 3 principals. I have ordered Mara Gleason’s book and am eagerly awaiting its arrival.  If you arrange anyother workshops/talks with Ian I would be very interested to hear about them.” Debbie W.

Thank you to Ian, and yourselves for hosting, an inspirational day going deeper into the principles. I found it particularly helpful to learn the importance of insight in this understanding and how variable and unique our insights can be.” Janet P.

It was indeed a great day.  A lovely get together and sharing of our understanding of wellbeing.  I had perfect weather and traffic for my long drive, so well worth the journey.  Thank you both for organising everything  “. Robert B.
